President's Message

Welcome to the York CPA Ontario Association. We support more than 16,000 CPAs in the York Region, providing professional development seminars, networking opportunities and social events.

The Association offers high-quality, in-person and online educational seminars for CPAs to obtain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours, preparing you to navigate all the potentially disruptive changes that evolve in the business world. We also host networking and social events for CPAs to meet like-minded people and expand their universe of professional contacts. The York CPA Ontario Association serves the regions of Richmond Hill, Markham, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King, Vaughan, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Aurora, and Newmarket. We aim to be inclusive for all CPAs in Central Ontario. We also gladly welcome members from outside our area to join our events.

As CPAs, our mission is to protect the public interest by maintaining the highest standards in financial reporting while making a real difference in the business world. We need to be the trusted financial advisors who help businesses reach their financial goals. We promote profitable, sustainable, and socially responsible businesses. Our association aims to provide you with the platform to learn, grow and spark innovative ideas with other talented CPAs in your region.
