As the Head of Real Estate Finance at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and through her career, Citie has specialized in high-growth international real estate companies. She’s provided due diligence and strategic analysis for more than $11 billion in international transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured financing and public equity offerings.

Through her understanding of how new technologies can optimize operations, Citie has led the effective finance transformations, including the implementation of international Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and end-to-end process automation of high-volume activities. She has successfully mentored and upskilled results-oriented teams overseeing key finance functions such as performance reporting, financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, accounting, valuations, and risk management.

She currently sits on the Audit Committee of two real estate organizations, driving stronger corporate governance and financial controls, and championing the importance of environmental and ethical responsibility.
