Ranuka Dharmaratne, CPA, CMA

What inspired Ranuka to pursue his CPA designation was recognizing it would enhance his ability to drive innovation in financial processes while making a broader impact in the community. 

Since completing his CPA designation in 2019, Ranuka has progressed from an Analyst role at Trajectory Beverage Partners to his current position as Director of Financial Reporting at Red White & Bloom Inc. He is spearheading the External Reporting function, and the development of an innovative, real-time tool designed to manage financial consolidation across multi-currency entities, delivering substantial cost savings and reduced turnaround times. 

Beyond his professional contributions, Ranuka is passionate about investing his time in mentoring new CPAs and students in the province, integrating a number of Ontarians into the professional community.  

Having both witnessed and facilitated significant technological transformations in his own work, he looks forward to opportunities that will shape the next generation of financial leaders. His dedication to addressing complex financial challenges through technological innovation, combined with his commitment to mentorship, underscores his role as an emerging leader in the CPA profession.
