Stephen Credico, CPA

Stephen was inspired to become a CPA to help businesses and individuals succeed financially. He is passionate about lifelong learning and embraces the constant changes in financial regulations and business practices as a welcome challenge.

Currently, Stephen is a Senior Manager in the Assurance practice at KPMG, where he conducts financial statement audits and provides accounting advisory services for a diverse range of clients. He also serves as the CPA Program Manager for the Hamilton, Niagara, and Halton offices, assisting in the design and teaching of the firm’s national CPA program. Additionally, Stephen is one of KPMG’s instructors for audit foundations, leading courses to enhance the technical abilities of his associates across Canada.

Beyond his role at KPMG, Stephen is an instructor at several universities, delivering financial reporting and audit courses. He is actively involved in his community as a member of the Oakville Business Awards of Excellence judging team and the Oakville Community Foundation Finance Risk & Audit Committee.
