Bryan Walsh, FCPA, FCA

Bryan has established himself as one of Deloitte’s leading tax practitioners over a 25-year career. He is widely respected for his deep knowledge of technical tax matters and his extensive understanding of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) business landscape in Canada and internationally. Currently, he serves as Deloitte’s National Tax and Legal Business Industry Leader for TMT, a role that recognizes his exceptional grasp of tax matters impacting these sectors.

Bryan is passionate about continuous learning, dedicating his time to educating fellow partners and CPAs. He has acted as a course coordinator and lecturer for the In-Depth Tax Course at Deloitte University, and as an instructor of corporate tax courses at Carleton University and the University of Ottawa. Throughout his career, he has coached and mentored many staff members, guiding them as they built their careers.

As a father of three active children, Bryan has been deeply involved in local sports organizations in Kanata, volunteering as a coach and treasurer.
