With over 25 years at KPMG, Frank has become a driving force in innovation, mentorship, and excellence within the profession. As a Tax Partner and Business Unit Leader for KPMG Canada’s GTA Tax team, Frank has played an instrumental role in expanding the practice, achieving a 50% revenue increase, and growing the team to over 800 professionals. He has led transformative initiatives like developing and launching KPMG’s Centre of Intelligent Delivery and Innovation and leading and growing the TMT practice. Frank’s expertise in Canadian corporate tax, combined with his integrity and cross-industry experience, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues nationwide.

Committed to developing the next generation of leaders, Frank was a tax lecturer at the University of Toronto for 14 years and has inspired and mentored future CPAs. He has also dedicated his time on the boards of charitable organizations, including the Child Development Institute and Aptus Treatment Centre.
