Mark Vrooman, FCPA, FCA

With more than 28 years of experience serving clients in public practice, Mark is EY Canada’s sector leader for the Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction practice. As a dedicated client serving partner in EY’s Assurance Practice, Mark helps clients navigate their complex issues.

A passionate recruiter to the profession, Mark has met, interviewed, and hired hundreds of students since earning his CPA designation. A mentor to many, Mark exemplifies how to balance extraordinary career opportunities with family life and personal interests.

Drawn to charitable causes focusing on the wellbeing of children, he is a Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Investment Committee at Campfire Circle and served as a board director and treasurer at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Toronto for 10 years.

A lifelong baseball fan, Mark also spent 10 seasons coaching his own children’s minor baseball teams in Ajax, Ontario, blending his love for the sport with quality family time.
