Matthew Colley, FCPA, FCA

An authentic leader and role model, Matthew is highly respected in Canada’s public sector as a CPA who brings thoughtful insights to government leaders around the country. Rising to the rank of partner at Deloitte early in his career, his enthusiasm for the public sector, together with his positive leadership style, has inspired dozens to join its Assurance Advisory practice.

Matthew is known by his peers for embodying high ethical standards, clear leadership skills and a commitment to making a difference in the profession. That commitment extends to supporting the next generation of accounting professionals through his involvement with the Master of Accounting and Finance students at the University of Toronto Scarborough. 

A passionate advocate for those in need and a believer in the power of sport, Matthew serves as the chair of the Finance Committee of the Salvation Army Meighen Health Centre in Toronto and coaches both the North York Knights Minor Hockey Team and North York Blues baseball team.
