For Michael Simonetta, there are no defining moments – just defining principles. With a remarkable career spanning nearly four decades, Michael’s passion for entrepreneurship, integrity and leadership have made a mark on the profession.

Since making partner at Schwartz Levitsky Feldman at the young age of 26, Michael has founded five companies. He currently serves as Chairman and co-founder of Evolve Funds Group Inc., regarded as one of the most innovative ETF platforms in Canada with assets under management of over $7.5 billion. He currently enjoys his role as a mentor and advisor, providing guidance and advice to the CEO and the executive team.

Michael has served on the board of the Toronto Region Board of Trade, and as treasurer for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. His drive for excellence and competitive spirit extends beyond the workplace and into his volunteering and philanthropy initiatives. Michael is the founder of the Drive for Dreams Foundation, which has raised more than $1.5 million in support of at-risk youth and teaches them excellence through basketball and assisting many young basketball players earn post-secondary scholarships.
