As the Managing Director and CFO at Kensington Capital Partners, Alfred exemplifies the expanding role of a CFO, which includes strategic business and investment initiatives. Throughout his career, Alfred has led organizational transformations, strengthened asset valuation, and embraced technology, analytical capabilities and cybersecurity.

A staunch promoter of the CPA profession, Alfred implemented co-operative work programs at several organizations and is always encouraging students to pursue the designation. As a CPA, he exemplifies versatility and upholds the highest standards of integrity. Alfred led the development of Kensington’s ESG framework and has contributed to industry discussions, including his CFO Committee and Board roles at the Canadian Venture Capital Association.
