Navigating complex projects with expertise, he makes everyone around him feel welcome and supported, confirming his reputation as someone who operates to the highest standards of knowledge and integrity. He is passionate about mentoring and has personally sponsored many mentees into leadership roles.

As Executive Vice President and Board Member of Ascend Canada, Andrew is a strong advocate for diversity and equity where Pan-Asian talent is supported and can reach its full potential.

He was inspired to become a CPA by his father, who instilled in him that having an accounting designation was foundational to a business career, and he is committed to passing that message on.
