Sahezad Pardhan, FCPA, FCA

Sahezad brings over two decades of financial and business experience across multiple industries. Known for his ability to develop strong relationships and his willingness to adapt and learn, Sahezad is a leader through change.

Serving as EVP and CFO at Cadillac Fairview since 2019, he has led the transformation of the company’s finance function, developing a strong business partner model to support a robust growth strategy. Amid a global pandemic, Sahezad’s steady and calm leadership was pivotal in championing major strategic shifts while supporting the organization’s people and culture. His CFO leadership continues to achieve tangible results as Sahezad thrives in today’s challenging and complex environment, displaying natural resilience, curiosity and a knack to see things through to completion.

Sahezad has volunteered his time with the Aga Khan Foundation Canada and has been a featured speaker with Muslims Achieving Excellence and the University of Waterloo’s Accounting and Financial Management program. Currently, Sahezad volunteers as a Board member with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and Ascend Canada.
